Want to learn our technique of making our bestselling chocolate bouquets? This course is perfect for you! In this course we will show you how to create our bouquet from start to finish. We will provide you with a kit when you attend so that you can learn with the right tools, and create your own master piece, and take the tools away to continue your journey! This class will be In person with a maximum of 2 students.

Module

Creating a strong base for the bouquet - What materials to use for the base, what works and what doesn’t work, plus sizing for 3 sizes of bouquets.

How to add chocolates to your bouquet - The perfect holders and techniques to hold your chocolates in place.

Adding Flowers - Types of flowers that work for a chocolate bouquet and how to secure them in place

Wrapping - How to wrap a bouquet with no visible cello tape

Finishing Touches - What add one can be added and how to secure them

Supplier details - Where to purchase wholesale products and where to get supplies in smaller quantities

Cost

Introductory offer £150 this will include a kit and the bouquets you make you will be able to take away with you.
