Delivery & Returns
Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch is 2-4 business days.
Standard Delivery - All items are sent using Evri and delivery time is 3-4 days
Express Delivery - Depending on what time the order is placed, items will be sent via Evri Next Day or DPD.
Returns
We are happy to except returns on unopened unused non personalised items if you have changed your mind, the items must be returned within 14 days. Postage will need to be paid for by the buyer and we do not take responsibility for any packages that have been lost in the post whilst being returned to us so please used a tracked service.
