Delivery & Returns

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch is 1-2 business days.

Letter Box Items are delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class which takes 1-3 business days

All other items are sent Via Hermes Tracked Service and take 2-4 business days.

We also offer an express delivery option which we use either Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD depending on the weight of the item. These items are sent our within 1-2 business days and delivered via Next Day Delivery.

We are happy to except returns on unopened unused items if you have changed your mind, the items must be returned within 14 days. Postage will need to be paid for by the buyer and we do not take responsibility for any packages that have been lost in the post whilst being returned to us so please used a tracked service.
